KidSuper accepts returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that limited edition drops and archive sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once approved, a pre-paid shipping label will be generated; download and print this label to facilitate your return shipment.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all KidSuper branded tags and inserts are included to avoid processing delays.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt.
