How long does shipping take for new drops?
Due to high demand during collection launches, please allow 7-14 business days for processing. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations may be final sale.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, KidSuper ships worldwide. International shipping rates and duties are calculated at checkout based on your specific location and local customs regulations.
How do I know which size to order?
Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our items generally follow a standard streetwear fit; however, if an item is oversized or cropped, it will be noted in the product description.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders are processed quickly to ensure fast delivery. You may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase, but once the order has entered the fulfillment stage, no changes can be made.
